These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website Emerys (https://emeryscreations.com) and the purchase of handmade jewelry offered by the business Emerys.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

Throughout the website, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Emerys.

Products

Each piece of jewelry available on the website is handmade, either as a unique item or produced in small batches. Some creations can be customized upon request (choice of color, charms, chain, etc.).

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of each product. However, due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur.

At certain times, no products may be available on the website. New pieces and restocks are added regularly. Customers are encouraged to check the website or our social media for updates.

Orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website.
To validate an order, the customer must complete the payment process and accept these Terms & Conditions. The customer must provide accurate shipping details.

The sale is considered final once Emerys sends an order confirmation email and full payment has been received.

Shipping

Products are shipped throughout France and internationally.
Shipping costs vary based on destination.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Processing Time

  • Within France: 3 to 6 business days

  • International shipping: an additional 7 to 10 business days

A tracking number will be emailed on the day of shipment.

Emerys cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Responsibility for the items transfers to the customer once the parcel is collected by the carrier.

Order Reception

Due to the artisanal and/or customized nature of our products:

  • Refunds are not permitted, except in exceptional cases reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days under the following conditions:

    • Jewelry must be returned unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original state.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Any international customs fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit valid for 1 year will be issued.

Returns Policy

1) Exchanges & Store Credits

Exchanges are possible if:

  • The product is returned in original condition.

  • The return is made within 14 days of reception.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

A store credit valid for 1 year will be issued.

2) Refunds

Refunds are not permitted except in exceptional cases reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

3) Complaints

Any anomaly concerning an order (missing item, damaged or opened package) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package, accompanied by supporting photos.

After this period, no claims can be taken into account, no investigation can be opened with the carrier, and no refund or return can be made.

 


4) Delivery costs
Delivery costs correspond to a transport service provided and are non-refundable once delivery has taken place, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

Packages not collected from the pick-up point

If the package is not collected from the pick-up point within the time limit set by the carrier, it will automatically be returned to the sender.

In this case, delivery charges are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to have their order re-shipped, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

No refund can be claimed for a parcel that has not been collected.

All content featured on the website is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The following elements are protected and remain the exclusive property of Emerys:

  • Jewelry designs, shapes, aesthetics, and finishing techniques

  • The creative concept and artistic universe developed by Emerys

  • Names, collections, and descriptive terms

  • Texts, descriptions, photographs, and visual content

  • The artistic concept of jewelry featuring a real flower preserved with resin in Emerys’ unique method

Any reproduction, imitation, partial copy, direct or indirect inspiration, resale, or reinterpretation of our creations, aesthetics, concept, descriptions, or technique is strictly forbidden.

Any attempt to reproduce or appropriate our creative concept or models may result in legal action.

Personal data collected is used solely to process orders.
Data is never resold.
Customers may request modification or deletion at any time.

⚖️ Liability

While we strive to ensure:

  • Delays or errors caused by postal services,

  • External damage during shipment,
