💎 Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
At Emerys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you decide not to keep your creation, we may offer you an exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.
- It must not have been worn, altered, broken, or damaged.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The jewelry must be properly protected for shipping.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a store credit equal to the value of your purchase will be issued. It is valid for 1 year across our entire store.
No exchange or store credit will be granted if the jewelry is returned used, altered, damaged, or insufficiently protected during transit.

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers who benefit from a legal right of withdrawal have 14 days from the date they receive their order to exercise this right, without providing any reason.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The jewelry must be properly protected for shipping.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable regulations.
If you prefer, we can also offer you an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made creations, in accordance with applicable regulations.
📦 Damaged Items or Our Error
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error while preparing your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the jewelry and its packaging.
We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed.
