Exchanges & Store Credits

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • The jewelry piece must be returned in its original condition

  • It must be unworn, unaltered, unmodified, and undamaged

  • The return must be made within 14 days after reception

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

  • The item must be properly protected during shipping

Once the item has been returned and inspected, a store credit of the same value will be issued, valid for 1 year across the entire shop.

No exchange will be accepted if the piece arrives damaged, worn, modified, or poorly packaged.


Refunds

Refunds are not allowed, except in an exceptional case reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photo evidence.

Exceptional cases refer to confirmed errors on our part (e.g., proven pre-shipment defect).

Refunds are not eligible for:

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Damage caused by the carrier during shipment

  • Improper use or handling of the jewelry

In most situations, an exchange, repair, or store credit will be offered as a solution.


Damaged Orders Upon Arrival

If you receive an item that appears damaged upon delivery:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours

  • Photos of the jewelry and the packaging will be required


Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • The processing of the exchange/store credit may take up to 7 business days
