How does the customization process work?

Before we start:

  • I receive your ideas and we approve a sketch and a price together
  • Requesting a sketch/quote is not binding 💌
  • The project only starts once the 50% deposit has been paid 🌷

Upon completion:

  • You receive photos and videos of your jewelry and we approve them together
  • The remaining 50% is due before shipping 💳
When will my jewelry be ready?
  • Estimated production time: 1-2 weeks after deposit is paid 🌸
How does the delivery work?

Shipping costs are calculated separately and vary depending on your destination.

Delivery times vary by country: approximately 3 to 5 days for France, and 7 to 10 days for international shipments.
